Salon Lamrissa

After the biggest massacre that the city of Salé has known, the sultan in power, Abu Yusuf Yaqub ben Abd al-Haqq, who emerges victorious, will quickly have the city rebuilt by the Merinide architect from Seville, Mohamed ben Ali at the origin of the construction of the arsenal of Salé and the most important fortified gate of the Kingdom with a height of 20 meters, Bab Lamrissa built between 1260 and 1270.

We could not help putting this building in the spotlight within our establishment.
